Edible references Empty Edible references

A group of us attend a monthly meeting where at the end of each meeting one of the presenters educates us on the local edibles. It's important to know what you can and can not eat, what is good to use medicinally and what can be dangerous if not used correctly. A lot of what I thought were weeds or nuisance plants are actually edible in some shape or form. If you have a botanical garden or AG extension in your area visit them and find out what is edible in your area. Find pictures and information about the plants/trees online and print out color pictures and put together a reference book.

Need to get the wife on this. She's the cook around here.
I have done some research on wild edibles a while back. Never did complete a notebook. Too many more pressing issues.
